Cut out back.
Bold shoulders, comes with shoulder pads, but the pads are not being worn in these photos.
Hook on the back of the neckline, center back zipper under the cut out.

I loved this 2 piece I bought from Old Moon; it's awesome and I feel so confident when I wear it.
Lovely outfit but sadly I got the model's waist measurement (29') mixed with the pants' waist (25'). I don't know how the model is wearing the pants but I'd need some miracle to happen to be able to wear them. There's also a little stain on the pants. The shirt is great though!
